Forsa warranties its products for a period of twelve months (12) from date of purchase from manufacturers defects. Forsa does not warrant products that have been misused by the the end user and any service requests or repairs found to be caused by misuse will be subject to a fee. |

RMA Procedure |
|
| |
1. Please ensure that you are returning only Forsa products and that the product is
still within the warranty period. |
|
| |

| |
2. Download and complete the RMA form. Send the completed form via email to
rma@forsa.com.hk or by fax to 852-2191-7068 |

| |
3. The form will be reviewed for accuracy, if complete, an Return Authorization Number will
be provided within seventy-two (72) hours. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
4. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, you will need to send the defective
product to us within seven (7) business days |
|
| |
|
|
| |
5. All merchandise will be inspected upon arrival and a notification will be sent within
fourty-eight (48) hours verifying the receipt of such merchandise. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
6. The typical repair period is 3-4 weeks. If for any reason we should require any addtional
time, a notification will be sent. |
|

|
|
| |
7. All valid warranty repairs will be delivered to the customer with no additional freight
charges. |
|
